To provide a hot-water washing toilet seat device with which a user does not feel uncomfortable and can confirm an effect of localized area washing.SOLUTION: A hot-water washing toilet seat device 1 comprises: an imaging device 13 that images a region to be cleaned including a localized area; an acquisition part 14a that acquires an image captured by the imaging device 13; an identification part 14c that identifies a deposit attached to the region to be cleaned based on the image acquired by the acquisition part 14a; a first calculation part 14d that calculates a deposit ratio which is a ratio of a planar dimension of the deposit identified by the identification part 14c to the planar dimension of a region to be cleaned; a generation part 14e that generates an indirect image P which represents the deposit ratio calculated by the first calculation part 14d using an indirect graphic F1 which is a figure different from the deposit and which indirectly represents the deposit; and an output part 14f that outputs the indirect image P generated by the generation part 14e to a display part 3a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
