To provide an assembly kit for a soundproof box which is easy to assemble.SOLUTION: A side wall plate material 40 forming a side wall part 20 of a soundproof box, a long side frame 50 supporting side walls of the side wall plate material 40, and a groove for inserting and supporting a lower end edge of the side wall plate material 40 are provided, and an elongated lower frame 80 formed in a U-shaped cross section is provided. The side wall part 20 includes a first side wall part 21 and a second side wall part 22 extending in directions crossing each other, and the lower frame 80 includes a first lower frame 81 and a second lower frame 82. The first lower frame 81 supports the lower edge of the side wall plate 40 forming the first side wall 21, and the second lower frame 82 supports the lower edge of the side wall plate 40 forming the second side wall 22. In the assembling operation of the soundproof box, the first lower frame 81 and the second lower frame 82 are not connected to each other, and the side frame 50 is attached to the side wall plate material 40 for forming the first side wall 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】組立作業がし易い防音ボックス用組立キットを提供する。【解決手段】防音ボックスの側壁部２０を形成する側壁用板材４０と、側壁用板材４０の側方を支持する長尺状の側方フレーム５０と、側壁用板材４０の下端縁を挿入して支持する溝を有し、断面コ字状に形成された長尺状の下方フレーム８０を備えている。側壁部２０は、互いに交差する方向に延びる第１側壁部２１及び第２側壁部２２を備え、下方フレーム８０は、第１下方フレーム８１と第２下方フレーム８２を備えている。第１下方フレーム８１は、第１側壁部２１を形成する側壁用板材４０の下端縁を支持し、第２下方フレーム８２は、第２側壁部２２を形成する側壁用板材４０の下端縁を支持する。防音ボックスの組立作業時には、第１下方フレーム８１と第２下方フレーム８２を、互いに連結されていない状態とし、第１側壁部２１を形成する側壁用板材４０には、側方フレーム５０が取り付けられている。【選択図】図４
