【課題】扉面からの突出部分が小さく、小型化したサムターンを提供する。【解決手段】サム座２と、前方に突設されてサム軸３と共に軸回転可能に取付けられてなる摘み５と、摘み５に設けられたボタンと係合可能な係合部が設けられてなる腕部材１３とを有する防犯サムターン１である。ボタン８ａを押し込むと、係合部は、摺動突部３７を切り欠きの解放端から奥端へ向かって摺動させながら腕部材１３を前方へ移動させると共に、ロック用突出部をロック溝から脱離させる。【選択図】図２
