To provide a panel-like member and an arrangement structure of a panel-like member which are easy to be handled and can omit a labor of construction.SOLUTION: A panel-like member 100 includes: a panel 110; a frame 120 provided on a side part of the panel 110; a slide member 140 slidable to the frame 120; a stopper 170 which restricts a length of a projection part 141 of the slide member 140 projecting from the frame 120 to a predetermined value or less; and engagement parts 126 and 180 engageable with members having the same structure as the projection part 141 of the slide member 140.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
