To provide a wall material for a building with excellent fire resistance and heat storage, and to provide a wall material for a building with excellent humidity control which is an important character as a building material, in addition to a fire resistance and heat storage with restrained sick house causative substance occurrence such as a formaldehyde.SOLUTION: An embodiment of a wall material for a building according to the present invention has a first layer containing at least a base material and a latent heat storage material on a substrate, wherein a content of the latent heat storage material in the first layer is 10-30 wt.%. In addition, an embodiment of a wall material for a building according to the present invention has a first layer containing at least a base material and a latent heat storage material on a substrate and a second layer containing at least a base material in this order, wherein a content of the latent heat storage material in the first layer is 15-30 wt.%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】難燃性及び蓄熱性が共に優れた建築用壁材を提供すること。また、難燃性及び蓄熱性に加えて、建築材料としての重要な特性である調湿性に優れ、またホルムアルデヒド等のシックハウス原因物質発生が抑制された建築用壁材を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明に係る建築用壁材の一態様は、基材上に、少なくとも、母材及び潜熱蓄熱材料を含有する第1の層を有し、前記第1の層中の前記潜熱蓄熱材料の含有量が10〜30質量%である。また、本発明に係る建築用壁材の一態様は、基材上に、少なくとも、母材及び潜熱蓄熱材料を含有する第1の層、少なくとも母材を含有する第2の層をこの順に有し、前記第1の層中の前記潜熱蓄熱材料の含有量が15〜30質量%である。【選択図】図1
