To provide an outer wall fixing structure which can fix an ALC outer wall without an anchor to a building skeleton by a simple constitution with a small member, and does not require the work of a seat digging and the repair of a seat digging portion.SOLUTION: An outer wall fixing structure 34 is provided with an ALC outer wall panel 22 which is not provided with an anchor and has a width smaller than the reference width, and a reinforcing plate 38 which is fixed to a rear surface 22B of the ALC outer wall panel 22 by a screw 36 passing through the ALC outer wall panel 22 from a design surface side of the ALC outer wall panel 22. The reinforcing plate 38 is provided on the rear surface 22B of the ALC outer wall panel 22 to extend from the lower end of the ALC outer wall panel 22 to the vicinity of the upper and an upper mounting member 42 and a base side mounting member 72 which are configured to be attached to a beam 44 or a base 60 directly or through other members are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】少ない部材による簡単な構成により、アンカーを備えていないＡＬＣ外壁を建物躯体に固定することができると共に、座掘りの作業や、座掘部分の補修を要しない外壁固定構造を得る。【解決手段】外壁固定構造３４は、アンカーを備えず、基準幅よりも幅狭のＡＬＣ外壁パネル２２と、ＡＬＣ外壁パネル２２の意匠面側からＡＬＣ外壁パネル２２を貫通するビス３６により、ＡＬＣ外壁パネル２２の裏面２２Ｂに固定される補強板３８と、を備えている。補強板３８は、ＡＬＣ外壁パネル２２の裏面２２Ｂに当接してＡＬＣ外壁パネル２２の下端から上端近傍まで延在されると共に、上部及び下部に梁４４又は基礎６０に直接又は他の部材を介して取り付け可能に構成された上側取付部材４２及び基礎側取付部材７２がそれぞれ設けられている。【選択図】図４
