PACKER FOR INJECTING CHEMICAL
To provide a packer for injecting chemical which expands an expansion part by applying pressure in a compression direction to the expansion part using fluid pressure, capable of easily and efficiently expanding the expansion part.SOLUTION: A packer is provided with: an expansion part 4 arranged around a cylindrical injection axis 3 to expand in an outer peripheral direction by applying compression pressure; a tip end side rubber holder 5 and a base end side rubber holder 6 arranged around the cylindrical injection axis at a tip end side and a base end side of the expansion part; a packer part 2 provided with a locknut 8 connected a the tip end side of the tip end side rubber holder; and a cylinder part 11 arranged at a side of the rubber holder of the base end side of the packer part to apply the compression pressure to the expansion part, where the expansion part is provided with a cylindrical wall part 9, the wall part being formed with a cavity part 10, and the cylinder part is provided with a rod 16 connected to the injection axis at the tip end side passing through a cylinder body 12, which is capable of applying the compression pressure on the expansion part by moving the rod to an opposite side of the packer to move the injection axis to the base end side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】流体圧力を用いて膨張部に圧縮方向の圧力を加えることで膨張部を膨張させる薬液注入用パッカーにおいて、膨張部を容易かつ効率よく膨張させる。【解決手段】円筒状の噴射軸3に周設されて圧縮圧力を加えることによって外周方向へ膨張する膨張部4と、膨張部の先端側及び基端側において噴射軸に周設された先端側ラバーホルダー5及び基端側ラバーホルダー6と、先端側ラバーホルダーの先端側に連結されたロックナット8を具備したパッカー部2と、パッカー部の基端側ラバーホルダー側に備えられ、膨張部に圧縮圧力を加えるためのシリンダー部11を具備し、膨張部は、円筒形状の壁部9を具備して、壁部に空隙部10が形成され、シリンダー部は、シリンダー本体12を貫通して先端側で噴射軸に連結したロッド16を具備し、ロッドを反パッカー部側に移動することで噴射軸を基端側に移動させ、膨張部に圧縮圧力を加えることを可能にした。【選択図】図1
