The railway tie 10 is provided with a solid body part 11, and the body part 11 is configured to have an embedding hole 14 to which a fastening member 4 (a fastening bolt 40, a tie plug 41, a plate spring 42, a receiving plug 43) for fixing the rails 20, 20 is attached, and a storage part 16 provided penetrating the body part 11 so as to extend along the longitudinal direction of the body part 11 and in which the cable 30 is accommodated. 【課題】ケーブルを防護することができ、施工時や維持管理時における管理や作業を容易かつ効率的に行うことが可能なまくらぎ等を提供する。【解決手段】レール２０，２０に対して直交する方向に向けて配置され、レール２０を支持するまくらぎ１０である。このまくらぎ１０は、中実な本体部１１を備え、この本体部１１は、レール２０，２０を固定する締結部材４（締結ボルト４０、埋込栓４１、板ばね４２、受栓４３）が取り付けられる埋込孔１４と、本体部１１の長手方向に沿って延在するように本体部１１を貫通して設けられてケーブル３０が収容される収容部１６と、を有して構成される。収容部１６が、埋込孔１４の下方に設けられている。【選択図】図２
