To provide a component for a drain pipe that prevents clogging of filth.SOLUTION: A drain pipe component member 20 has an outer peripheral surface 20a that has a perfect circular shape in a cross-sectional view orthogonal to the pipe axis of the drain pipe, and at least a part of a flow path forming part 20c which forms a drain pipe inner surface 10b of an inner peripheral surface 20b has an egg shape in a cross-sectional view. More preferably, the outer peripheral surface 20a has a perfect circle shape over the entire length in the tube axis direction of the drain pipe, and the flow path forming part 20c has an egg shape over the entire length in the tube axis direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
