To provide a soil resistant finishing agent capable of exhibiting sufficient antifouling property to various soils such as aqueous soils of red wine, black tea or coffee, oily soils of ketchup or mayonnaise, and dry soils of soil dusts, to which a tile carpet is daily exposed.SOLUTION: A tile carpet is obtained by applying to a pile, a soil resistant finishing agent which contains an amount in the ratio of 0.6-0.7%owf of emulsified modified organo silicate showing cationic property, and 0.9-1%owf of emulsified fluorocarbon resin. The resistant finishing agent is stably adhered to the pile by showing cationic property so as to obtain the tile carpet which exhibits antifouling property stably for a long term to both of aqueous and oily liquid soils, and dry soils.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】赤ワインや紅茶、コーヒーといった水性の汚れ、ケチャップやマヨネーズといった油性の汚れ、土埃などの乾燥性の汚れといった多種多様な汚れにタイルカーペットは日々さらされている。これらの汚れのすべてに対して十分な防汚性を発揮することができる防汚加工剤を提供する。【解決手段】エマルション化されたカチオン性を示す変性オルガノシリケートを０．６乃至０．７％ｏｗｆ、及び、エマルジョン化されたフルオロカーボン樹脂を０．９乃至１%ｏｗｆの割合となる量を含んだ防汚加工剤をパイルに塗布されたタイルカーペットとする。更にカチオン性を示すことによってパイルに防汚加工剤が安定して付着し、水性及び油性の液体性の汚れ及び乾燥性の汚れの双方に対して長期間安定して防汚性を発揮するタイルカーペットを得ることができる。【選択図】図１
