To ensure excellent aesthetic appearance by suppressing wrinkles on a shading sheet.SOLUTION: When winding a light shielding sheet 20 around a winding cylinder 42, an axial end 42a opposite to an axial end 42b on the side to which the torsion spring is connected is prevented from rotating relative to the fixed shaft in a state where a torsion spring applies a rotational force in the winding direction to the winding cylinder 42. Then, the light shielding sheet 20 is joined to the winding cylinder 42 in a state where the axial end 42a of the winding cylinder 42 is prevented from rotating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】遮光シートの皺を抑えて優れた意匠性を確保すること。【解決手段】遮光シート２０を巻取り筒４２に巻き取る際、巻取り筒４２は、この巻取り筒４２に捩りバネが巻取り方向の回転力を付与する状態で、その捩りバネが接続された側の軸方向端部４２ｂとは反対側の軸方向端部４２ａが、固定軸に対して相対回転不能に回り止めされる。そして、遮光シート２０は、その巻取り筒４２の軸方向端部４２ａが回り止めされた状態で、この巻取り筒４２に接合される。【選択図】図１０
