To achieve a locking and unlocking device allowing whole compactification by reviewing a positional relationship between an engaging part of a dead bolt and a rotary member.SOLUTION: A locking and unlocking device A includes a rotary member 10 rotatable by unlocking operation of a dial lock 6, a drive arm 10a rotating integrated with this rotary member 10, and a dead bolt 3 which is slidable between a locking position and an unlocking position and in which a pair of engaging part 3b1, 3b2 are positioned to protrude in a direction to intersect with a sliding direction so as to be engaged on a moving path of the drive arm 10a, and performs locking operation by a sliding operation of the dead bolt 3. The second engaging part 3b2 which is one engaging part of the dead bolt 3 is extended, so as to overlap the rotary member 10, to its side position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】デッドボルトの係合部と回転部材の位置関係を見直すことで、全体のコンパクト化を可能とした施解錠装置を実現する。【解決手段】ダイヤル錠6の解錠操作により回動可能な回転部材10と、この回転部材10と一体に回転する駆動腕10aと、施錠位置と解錠位置の間でスライド可能であり一対の係合部3b1、3b2をスライド方向と交差する方向に突出させて駆動腕10aの移動路上に係合可能に位置づけたデッドボルト3とを備え、デッドボルト3のスライド動作により施錠操作を行う施解錠装置Aにおいて、デッドボルト3の一方の係合部である第2係合部3b2を回転部材10とオーバーラップするようにその側方位置まで延設することとした。【選択図】図3
