NUT RUNNER FOR FASTENING COATING PLATE AND FASTENING METHOD FOR COATING PLATE USING THE SAME
To provide a technology which enables the use of a nut runner by improving a reaction receiver as a fastening tool for fastening a fastening type coating plate with a bearing girder regarding a nut runner for fastening a coating plate and a fastening method for a coating plate using the same.SOLUTION: A nut runner for fastening a coating plate 1 comprises a motor, an output shaft 11, a socket 12 mounted on the output shaft 11 to be engaged with a fastening nut, a rection receiving shaft 13, and a reaction receiver 2 provided on a reaction receiving shaft 13, where the reaction receiver 2 comprises a cylinder 3 engaged with the reaction receiving shaft 13 so as to be movable forward and backward in the axial direction, an inclined member 4 extending outwardly oblique downward from a downward position of the cylinder 3 that is the downward tip of the socket 12, and horizontal member 5 extending horizontally downward from the tip of the inclined member 4, so that the horizontal member 5 of the rection receiver 2 can, upon the use of the nut runner for fastening a coating plate 1, come into contact with an H-shaped steel web or side face plate in the coating plate with the socket 12 engaged with the fastening nut.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】覆工板締結用ナットランナ及びそれを用いた覆工板の締結方法に係り、締結式の覆工板を受桁に締結するための締結工具として、反力受に改良を施してナットランナを使用できるようにした技術である。【解決手段】覆工板締結用ナットランナ１は、モータ、出力軸１１、出力軸１１に装着され締結ナットと係合するソケット１２、反力受用軸１３、反力受用軸１３に設けられた反力受２など備え、反力受２は、反力受用軸１３にその軸方向に進退可能に係合された円筒部３と、ソケット１２の下方先端となる円筒部３の下方位置から斜め下方外方に延びる傾斜部材４と、傾斜部材４の先端から水平外方に延びる水平部材５とを備え、覆工板締結用ナットランナ１の使用に際し、ソケット１２を締結ナットに係合させた状態で、反力受２の水平部材５を覆工板におけるＨ形鋼のウエブ又は側面板に当接可能としたものである。【選択図】図３
