WOODEN EARTHQUAKE-RESISTANT SHELTER AND ITS CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a wooden earthquake-resistant shelter that is inexpensive and easy to install and its construction method capable of by not only reducing human damage due to the collapse of a wooden house when an earthquake occurs, but also by securing a living space by suppressing the collapse of the wooden house.SOLUTION: A wooden earthquake-resisting shelter installed in a wooden house is equipped with: a foundation part 10 which is arranged in contact with an existing foundation of a wooden house, and which is integrated with an existing foundation 110; a wall part 200 composed of a square wooden material 20 arranged on the foundation part 10 in a plurality of stages; a rigid ceiling panel 70 attached to the wall part 200; a shear force transmission mechanism for preventing lateral displacement of the square wooden materials 20 stacked horizontally; a vertical bar 30 in which one end is fixed to the base part 10 and passes through a hole 21 passing through the wall 200, and the plurality of square wooden materials 20 are fastened to the base 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地震発生時の木造住宅倒壊による人的被害の低減だけでなく、木造住宅の倒壊を抑制して生活空間を確保することにより避難者数の低減をも図ることができる、安価で施工が容易な木造耐震シェルター及びその施工方法の提供。【解決手段】木造住宅内に設置した木造耐震シェルターであって、木造住宅の既設基礎に接して配置され、既設基礎110と一体化した基礎部10と、基礎部10上に複数段横積みされた正角材20で構成された壁部200と、壁部200に取り付けられた剛天井パネル70と、横積みされた正角材どうし20の横ずれを阻止する剪断力伝達機構と、一端が基礎部10に固定され、壁部200を縦貫する穴21の中を通り、複数の正角材20を基礎部10に緊結する縦筋30とを備えている。【選択図】図1
