To provide a door handle with adjustment function that can cope with various thicknesses of door handles and that has good appearance when viewed from the door stop face side of the door handle.SOLUTION: A door stop face 2 of a door handle 1 is provided with a cut 2a, and door handles with adjustment function 10, 110 are attached to the cut 2a. The door handles with adjustment function 10, 110 includes first door handle members 20, 120 that are attached to the side of a surface 3a of the door handle 1 and in which a first recess S1 for a person's fingers being inserted is configured on the surface 3a side, and second door handle members 30, 130 that are attached to the side of a back surface 3b of the door handle 1 and in which a second recess S2 for a person's fingers being inserted is configured on the back surface 3b side. The door handles with adjustment function 10, 110 are provided with blind members 26, 126 covering a gap Q that arises between the first door handle members 20, 120 and the second door handle members 30, 130 from the door stop face 2 side in a state where the first door handle members 20, 120 and the second door handle members 30, 130 are attached.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
