FIXATION DEVICE AND FIXATION METHOD USING THE SAME
To provide a fixation device capable of improving both of fixation strength and workability, and a fixation method using the fixation device.SOLUTION: A fixation device comprises: a bolt member 2 to which the fixed object 200 is connected at one end, and of which the other end abuts on a hooked member 100; and a hooking member 3 hooked on the hooked member 100. A fixing object 200 is fixed to the hooked member 100 by screwing the bolt member 2 to the hooking member 3. The bolt member 2 comprises an idling mechanism 25 having a perforating member 4 for perforating the hooked member 100 at the other end, and between the time when the perforating member 4 contacts with the hooked member 100 and the time when perforation is completed, idling the bolt member 2 with respect to the hooking member 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 固定強度及び作業性の双方を向上させうる固定装置及びこれを用いた固定方法を提供すること。【解決手段】 一端に固定対象物200が連結され且つ他端が被掛止部材100に当接するボルト部材2と、被掛止部材100に掛止される掛止部材3とを備える。掛止部材3にボルト部材2を螺合させることにより固定対象物200を被掛止部材100に固定する。ボルト部材2は、他端に被掛止部材100を穿孔する穿孔部材4を有し、穿孔部材4が被掛止部材100に接触した時から穿孔が完了するまでの間、ボルト部材2が掛止部材3に対し空転する空転機構25を備える。【選択図】 図1
