CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF FLAT BOTTOM CYLINDRICAL TANK PROVIDED WITH CONCRETE WALLS
To provide a construction method of a flat bottom cylindrical tank using a frame mold slide construction method for constructing concrete outer tank side walls from a lower part to an upper part when constructing a metallic flat bottom cylindrical tank provided with the concrete outer tank for a purpose of tsunami wave countermeasures and the like.SOLUTION: A construction method comprises sequentially repeating following steps several times: a step of lifting an outer side frame mold 3b1 at a height corresponding to a floating roof 6 by linking with rising of the floating roof 6 using a plurality of frame mold lifting means 11 as well as lifting the floating roof 6 at a height of a concrete casting level for constructing the outer tank side wall 3b by filling water in an inner tank 4 after temporarily constructing a plurality of the frame mold lifting means 11 for suspending the outer side frame mold 3b1 on a frame base 12 temporarily arranged at a top or a vicinity of a top of an inner side plate 4b; and a step of filling and curing concrete between the inner tank side plate 4b and the outer side frame mold 3b1 as reinforcing the inner tank side plate 4b with the floating roof 6 and a pressured bag 6a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】津波対策等の目的でコンクリート製外槽を備えた金属製の平底円筒形タンクを構築するに当たって、コンクリート製の外槽側壁を下方から上方へ構築するための型枠スライド工法による平底円筒形タンクの施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】内槽側板4bの頂部または頂部近傍に仮設した架台12上に外側型枠3b1を吊持する複数の型枠昇降手段11を仮設した後に、内槽4内に注水し、浮屋根6を外槽側壁3b構築のためのコンクリート打設高さまで上昇させ、かつ前記複数の型枠昇降手段11で浮屋根6の上昇と連動させて外側型枠3b1を浮屋根6と相対する高さまで上昇させる工程と、内槽側板4bを浮屋根6および加圧バッグ6aとで補強しつつ、内槽側板4bと外側型枠3b1間にコンクリートを打設して凝固させる工程とを複数回順次繰り返す。【選択図】図1
