To provide a method for stabilizing a reinforcement body to be inserted into the inside of a cylindrical leg part of a block composed of a resin board body and the leg part opening to the board body and reinforcing creep properties in vertical/horizontal directions, in a method for providing a gap between blocks to be disposed from the viewpoint of resource saving.SOLUTION: In a storage space for construction of a storage tank of a rainwater outflow suppression facility provided by erecting at intervals column bodies obtained by vertically arranging blocks, surrounding the column bodies with a wall material, and covering the column bodies from above with a ceiling material before burying them under the ground; a top stand block having, on its surface, a guide part 1 extending in parallel with a side from a side to the center and a guide part 2 along a diagonal line is placed on the top of a column body, a top plate support plate 1 is disposed on top stand blocks of column bodies facing each other via guide parts 1 so as to connect the two top stand block, a top plate support plate 2 is disposed on board bodies adjacent to each other in a diagonal direction via guide grooves 2 so as to connect two top stand block, and a top plate is disposed via the top plate support plates 1, 2 so as to cover a plurality of top stand blocks.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】省資源の観点から配設するブロック間に隙間を設ける方法において、樹脂製の盤体と盤体に開口する脚部からなるブロックの筒状脚部内部に挿入する補強体の安定化と垂直・水平方向のクリープ特性の強化方法に関する。【解決手段】ブロックを上下に配列して得られた柱体を間隔を開けて立設し、その周囲を壁材で囲って、上記柱体の上部を天材で覆って地下に埋設した雨水の流出抑制用施設の貯留槽構築用の貯留空間において、前記柱体の上部に表面に辺に平行に辺より中心に向かう案内部1および対角線に沿った案内部2を有する天台ブロックを載置し、相対面する柱体の天台ブロック上に天板支持板1を案内部1を介し2つの天台ブロックを連結するよう配設し、相対角する盤体上に天板支板2を案内溝2を介し2つの天台ブロックを連結するよう配設し、天板支持板1,2を介し複数の天台ブロックを覆うように天板を配設した雨水の流出抑制用施設の貯留槽構築用の貯留空間である。【選択図】図2
