To provide a partition unit which obtains good workability and reduces cost, and can suppress warpage of a partition panel, and a partition structure using the partition unit.SOLUTION: An elastic member 4 in a state in which it is not elastically deformed is sandwiched between partition panel members 2 that partition an internal space of a building and rib members 3 that are fixed along a rear face 2a of the partition panel members 2 at intervals with the partition panel members 2 and reinforce the partition panel members 2, which alleviates a force applied between both of the members 2 and 3 and suppresses warpage of the partition panel member 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】良好な施工性が得られると共にコストが低減され、かつ間仕切りパネルの反りを抑制できる間仕切りユニット、及びこの間仕切りユニットを用いた間仕切り構造を提供する。【解決手段】建物の内部空間を仕切る間仕切りパネル部材２と、間仕切りパネル部材２の裏面２ａに沿って当該間仕切りパネル部材２と間隔をおいて固定され、当該間仕切りパネル部材２を補強するリブ部材３との間に、弾性変形していない状態で挟持された弾性部材４を設ける。これにより、両部材２、３間に掛かる力を緩和し、間仕切りパネル部材２の反りを抑制する。【選択図】図３
