To provide a drive force transmission device capable of outputting rotation in a plurality of patterns to two rotation shafts for one input rotation.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a drive force transmission device which includes an input member, a first output member, and a second output member, the first output member and the second output member being brought into rotation in a plurality of modes for a rotation of the input member in one direction. The drive force transmission device is configured such that in the first mode, the rotation of the first output member or a member that transmits the rotation to the first output member is restricted and the second output member rotates in one direction, and such that in the second mode subsequent to the first mode, the first output member or the member that transmits rotation to the first output member rotates and the second output member rotates in the other direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
