To provide a bicycle-parking device, which minimizes damages caused on the rack or the bicycle and noise created by the collision at the ascent end or the descent end even when a bicycle weighing over the designated weight range is loaded on.SOLUTION: A bicycle-parking device 10 in this invention comprises: a column 11 erected on an installation surface 2; a rack 12 on which a bicycle 1 is loaded; a rack-lifting device 7 which is linked to the rack 12 and arranged elevatably along the column 11; a rack-lifting spring 14 which provides rack-lifting power to lift the rack 12; a lower lifting device 8 elevatably arranged beneath the rack-lifting device 7; a load-lifting spring 16 which provides load-lifting power to lift the bicycle 1 onto the lower lifting device 8; and an impact-cushioning device 50, which mitigates the impact of the rack 12 reaching the ascent end by providing an ascent end stopper 51 fixed on the column 11 for the rack to contact and mitigates the impact of the rack 12 reaching the decent end by providing a decent end stopper 52 fixed on the column 11 for the rack to contact.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
