USING METHOD OF ADHESIVE TAPE FOR SUPPRESSING CONCRETE DETERIORATION AND ADHESIVE TAPE FOR SUPPRESSING CONCRETE DETERIORATION USED THEREFOR
To provide a using method of an adhesive tape for suppressing concrete deterioration allowing simple sticking by an inspector of a concrete structure immediately after inspection, easily peelable when necessary leaving little adhesive, and capable of suppressing deterioration of the concrete structure caused by cracking.SOLUTION: A using method of an adhesive tape for suppressing concrete deterioration comprises steps of: preparing the adhesive tape 10 including a substrate 11 and an adhesive layer 12 formed on a main face of one side of the substrate 11; sticking an adhesive layer side of the adhesive tape 10 onto cracked parts 15 of concrete 14; leaving the concrete 14 stuck with the adhesive tape 10 in the natural environment for a certain period; and peeling the adhesive tape 10 from the concrete 14 by heating the adhesive tape 10 after leaving. The adhesive layer 12 contains a side chain crystallized polymer, and the adhesive tape 10 is heated at a temperature higher than the melting point of the side chain crystallized polymer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】コンクリート構造物の点検者が、点検直後に簡便な方法で貼り付けでき、必要時に糊残りなく簡単に剥離でき、ひび割れを起因とするコンクリート構造物の劣化抑制可能なコンクリート劣化抑制粘着テープの使用方法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート劣化抑制粘着テープの使用方法は、基材１１と、基材１１の一方の主面上に形成された粘着層１２とを含む粘着テープ１０を準備する工程と、粘着テープ１０の粘着層側を、コンクリート１４のひび割れ部１５に貼り合わせる工程と、粘着テープ１０を貼り合わせたコンクリート１４を、一定期間、自然環境下で放置する工程と、前記放置後に、粘着テープ１０を加熱して、コンクリート１４から粘着テープ１０を剥離する工程とを備え、粘着層１２は、側鎖結晶化ポリマーを含み、粘着テープ１０の加熱は、前記側鎖結晶化ポリマーの融点以上で実施される。【選択図】図３
