METHOD TO SUPPRESS FATIGUE CRACK OF STEEL PLATE DECK AND MANUFACTURING METHOD
To provide a suitable method to suppress in steel plate decks occurrence of fatigue cracks at the weld root part where closed sectional ribs and deck plates are joined and progress of the fatigue cracks after occurrence of fatigue cracks at the root part.SOLUTION: A method to suppress fatigue crack is applied to steel plate decks which include deck plates with upper and lower surfaces and long ribs which are welded on the lower surfaces of the deck plates and form closed sections between the deck plates and the lower surfaces. The method includes a pressing process in which first and second pressing members provided on the inner side of the ribs are moved in relatively separating directions in the thickness direction of the deck plates and the deck plates and the ribs are pressed by the first and the second pressing members in relatively separating directions in the thickness direction and, after the pressing process, an unloading process in which the first and the second pressing members are moved in a direction relatively approaching in the thickness direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
【課題】鋼床版において、閉断面リブとデッキプレートとを接合する溶接部のルート部に疲労亀裂が発生すること、およびルート部に疲労亀裂が発生した場合にその疲労亀裂が進展すること、を抑制するのに適した方法を提供する。【解決手段】疲労亀裂発生抑制方法は、上面および下面を有するデッキプレートと、前記デッキプレートの前記下面に溶接され、前記デッキプレートの前記下面との間で閉断面を形成する長尺状のリブとを備えた鋼床版に対して実施される。当該方法は、前記リブの内側に設けられた第1および第2押圧部材を前記デッキプレートの前記厚み方向において相対的に離れる方向に移動させて、前記第1および第2押圧部材によって前記デッキプレートおよび前記リブを前記厚み方向において相対的に離れる方向に押す押圧工程と、前記押圧工程後に、前記第1および第2押圧部材を前記厚み方向において相対的に近付く方向に移動させる除荷工程と、を備える。【選択図】 図13
