DISPLAY METHOD OF AGGREGATE STORAGE AMOUNT IN AGGREGATE STORAGE BIN OF ASPHALT PLANT
To provide a display method of aggregate storage amount in aggregate storage bin of asphalt plant which can display real-time aggregate storage amount in each compartment of the aggregate storage bin, and in accordance with it, can supply without excess or deficiency aggregate of proper amount that matches the asphalt mixture composition and shipment amount scheduled to be shipped.SOLUTION: In the operation panel 15 of the plant is registered a sifting ratio table in which the ratio of sifting to each of the compartments 9a -9d is set for each aggregate type stored in each of the aggregate hoppers 1a -1d at the time of being sifted by a vibration sieve 8. And during plant operation, the delivery amount of each aggregate type is multiplied by the sifting ratio for the same aggregate type in the sifting ratio table, each of the multiplication results is added up compartment by compartment, and the aggregate input amount for each compartment 9a - 9d is obtained. And then, by subtracting the aggregate discharge amount from this aggregate input amount, the real-time aggregate storage amount of each of the compartments 9a -9d is obtained and displayed on the display unit 20 of the operation panel 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 骨材貯蔵ビンの各区画室内のリアルタイムの骨材貯蔵量を表示可能とし、それに応じて出荷予定のアスファルト合材の配合・出荷量に見合った適正量の骨材を過不足なく供給できるようにしたアスファルトプラントの骨材貯蔵ビンの骨材貯蔵量表示方法を提供する。【解決手段】 プラントの操作盤１５に、各骨材ホッパ１ａ〜１ｄに貯蔵する骨材種毎に振動篩８にかけたときに各区画室９ａ〜９ｄに篩い分けられる比率を設定した篩い分け比率表を登録する。そして、プラント運転時には各骨材種毎の切り出し量と、前記篩い分け比率表中の同じ骨材種の篩い分け比率とをそれぞれ乗算し、この各乗算結果を区画室単位で合計して各区画室９ａ〜９ｄ毎の骨材投入量を求める。次いで、この骨材投入量より骨材排出量を減算して各区画室９ａ〜９ｄのリアルタイムの骨材貯蔵量を求め、操作盤１５の表示部２０に表示する。【選択図】 図１
