To provide a floor slab waterproof layer construction system and floor slab waterproof layer construction method which can form a waterproof layer continuously while being inexpensive without incurring labor costs on bridge floor slabs and without rework.SOLUTION: A floor slab waterproof layer construction system 1 for forming a waterproof layer on a floor slab 14 of a bridge 10 includes: a pair of first moving means 2 capable of traveling along a rail 15 of the bridge 10; a support frame 3 spanned between the pair of first moving means 2; second moving means 4 capable of moving along the support frame 3; lifting means 5 mounted on the second moving means 4 and moving up and down; and waterproof layer forming means 6 for spraying or applying a waterproof material to the floor slab 14 to form a waterproof layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
