UNDER-GROUND PILED COLUMN AND SEISMIC BASE-ISOLATED BUILDINGS
To provide an under-ground piled column equipped with a seismic isolation device, especially an under-ground piled column that eliminates the need to replace it with a main column material after the construction of the under-ground piled column and can facilitate the embedding by reducing the weight.SOLUTION: An under-ground piled column 10 for solving the above-mentioned problem is an under-ground piled column 10 used in an inverted construction, and comprises an upper half 12 having a closed cross section constituting a main column of a basement floor and a lower half 16 having an open cross section buried deeper than a foundation. 【課題】免震装置を備えた構真柱であって、構真柱埋設後の本設柱材への打ち替えを不要とし、かつ重量の軽減による埋設の容易化を図る事のできる構真柱を提供する。【解決手段】上記課題を解決するための構真柱10は、逆打ち工法で用いられる構真柱10であって、地下階の本設柱を構成する閉断面を有する上半部12と、基礎以深に埋設される開断面を有する下半部16とを備え、上半部12と下半部16の間に免震装置14を介装したことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
