To provide an automatic greasing system and an automatic greasing method by which a stable automatic greasing to a greasing object part can be carried out without causing an abnormal high pressure in a pump that feeds a lubricant even if a part of the lubricant is cured in the greasing object part.SOLUTION: In an automatic greasing system and an automatic greasing method which are intended to grease a lubricant to a greasing object part, a vibration detection apparatus 4 detects a parameter related to vibration of the greasing object part GS. On the basis of the detected parameter, a control apparatus 5 causes a pump 2 to be driven when the greasing object part GS vibrates in order to grease the lubricant from the pump 2 through piping 3 to the greasing object part GS.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】被給脂部において潤滑油の一部が硬化している場合にも、潤滑油を送り出すポンプが異常高圧となることなく、被給脂部に安定して自動給脂することができる自動給脂システムおよび自動給脂方法を提供する。【解決手段】被給脂部に潤滑油を給脂する自動給脂システムおよび自動給脂方法において、振動検知装置４によって被給脂部ＧＳの振動に関するパラメータを検知し、検知したそのパラメータに基づいて、制御装置５により、被給脂部ＧＳが振動したときに、ポンプ２を駆動させて、そのポンプ２から配管３を経由して被給脂部ＧＳに潤滑油を給脂する。【選択図】図２
