To provide a zirconia oxygen sensor component and a zirconia oxygen sensor which can be attached to a member where a high-temperature gas circulates, which can maintain airtightness between a zirconia member and an air hole over a long period, and which can reduce manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: A zirconia oxygen sensor component 10 includes: a ceramic member 20 including an air hole 21; a zirconia member 30 attached in a manner to close the air hole 21 of the ceramic member 20; and a bonding layer 40 for airtightly bonding the zirconia member 30 to the air hole 21 of the ceramic member 20. The bonding layer 40 consists of conductive platinum paste sintered compacts 41, 43.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高温ガスが流通する部材に取付けできると共に、ジルコニア部材と通気孔との気密性を長期に亘って維持でき、製造コストの低減を図ることができる、ジルコニア酸素センサ用部品及びジルコニア酸素センサを提供する。【解決手段】このジルコニア酸素センサ用部品10は、通気孔21を有するセラミックス部材20と、このセラミックス部材20の通気孔21を塞ぐように取付けられるジルコニア部材30と、セラミックス部材20の通気孔21に対してジルコニア部材30を気密的に接合する接合層40とを備え、接合層40が、導電性白金ペーストの焼結体41,43からなる。【選択図】図1
