SEISMIC STRENGTHENING STRUCTURE OF BUILDING
To provide a seismic strengthening structure capable of remarkably improving the earthquake resisting performance of an existing building by providing a reinforcing body of an S structure surrounding a building from the outside without impairing visibility or design.SOLUTION: A plurality of reinforcing steel columns 2 are arranged along a position of an outer peripheral column of an existing building 10, and a lower end part of the reinforcing steel column 2 is rooted in the ground and fixed by a concrete foundation 8 or the like. The reinforcing steel columns 2 are connected to each other by a horizontal member 3 at a position corresponding to the floor height of the building 10 as necessary, and an upper end part of the reinforcing steel column 2 is projected upward of the building 10 to be connected by a top horizontal member 4 in a ridge direction and a top horizontal member 5 in a span direction. An seismic strengthening structure 1 composed of these members surrounds the existing building 10 around an outer peripheral surface to restrain deformation at the time of earthquake.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】視界や意匠性を損なうことなく建物を外側から取り囲むS造の補強体を設けることで、既存建物の耐震性能を飛躍的に向上させることができる耐震補強構造を提供する。【解決手段】既存の建物10の外周柱の位置に沿って複数の補強用鉄骨柱2を配置し、この補強用鉄骨柱2の下端部を地中に根入れしてコンクリート基礎8などで固定する。補強用鉄骨柱2どうしは、必要に応じ建物10の床高さに相当する位置で横架材3で連結し、補強用鉄骨柱2の上端部は建物10の上方へ突出させ、桁行き方向の頂部横架材4および梁間方向の頂部横架材5で連結する。これらの部材から構成される耐震補強構造体1で、既存の建物10を外周面から取り囲み、地震時の変形を拘束する。【選択図】図1
