FIREPROOF BOARD AND FIREPROOF STRUCTURE USING THE SAME
To provide a fireproof board which has sufficient fire resistance and flame retardancy for use in building materials such as walls, ceilings and fittings of a fire-resistant wooden building, and which can be supplied at a relatively low cost, and a fireproof structure using the same.SOLUTION: A laminate material having a thickness of 20 mm or less obtained by laminating a nonflammable wood plate 2 obtained by chemical treatment and a flame retardant function material 3 in the form of a flat plate is a fireproof board 1 characterized by being a quasi-incombustible material and an incombustible material in accordance with the standards approved by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. The nonflammable wood plate 2 has a thickness in the range of 3 to 15 mm, and is made of a quasi-incombustible material and an incombustible material in accordance with the standards approved by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and the flame retardant function material 3 has a limit oxygen index of 25 or more in a range of 0.5 mm in thickness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】耐火性木造建築の壁、天井、建具等の建材に使用するために十分な耐火性、難燃性を有し、しかも、比較的低コストにて供給し得る耐火ボード及びそれを用いた耐火構造体を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】薬液処理して得られる不燃木材板2と平面板状の難燃機能素材3とを積層した、厚みが20mm以下の積層材であって、国交省認定基準の準不燃材料・不燃材料であることを特徴とする耐火ボード1である。不燃木材板2は、厚みが3〜15mmの範囲であって、国交省認定基準の準不燃材料・不燃材料であるものとされ、難燃機能素材3は、厚み0.5mmの範囲で、限界酸素指数が25以上のものとされる。【選択図】 図1
