To provide a building unit with an inner balcony capable of forming an inner balcony inside the building unit with suppressing the influence of the building unit on the frame.SOLUTION: It comprises a floor frame 46 formed in a rectangular frame shape by a floor beam 44 on a building unit 16B1 in which a balcony floor board 84 is disposed on the upper surface of the floor frame 46 and the inner balcony 20 is formed inside, a floor beam 48 which is integrally formed and has one end joined to the floor girder 44A on one girder side and the other end joined to the floor girder 44A on the other girder side to form the floor frame 46, and a living room 60 in which floor joists 64 and 66 including boundary joists 64 that are substantially orthogonal to the floor beam 48 are arranged in plan view to form an outer peripheral portion 60A, the living room 60 being configured inside building unit 16B1 and arranged on the upper surface of the floor frame 46 and upper surface of the floor beam 48.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9C
