METHOD FOR DEMOLISHING BRICKS IN COKE OVEN REGENERATION CHAMBER, METHOD FOR BUILDING UP BRICKS IN COKE OVEN REGENERATION CHAMBER, AND TOOL FOR GRIPPING BRICKS
To provide a method for demolishing bricks in a regeneration chamber capable of reducing works performed by workers coming in the regeneration chamber or without involving the workers coming in the regeneration chamber in demolishing or rebuilding up the bricks in the regeneration chamber.SOLUTION: In the method for demolishing or rebuilding up bricks in a coke oven regeneration chamber, a carriage 15 is used for demolishing or rebuilding up at least a part of heat-storing bricks 10 to perform a work of loading the bricks on or stacking the bricks from the carriage 15 moved to the vicinity of demolishing or building up the bricks with a hooking rod 30 from an outside of the oven; partitioning bricks 11 are taken out or built up with a rod body 2 and a brick gripping tool 1 including a holding part 3 formed at a tip of the rod body 2 from the outside of the oven.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】蓄熱室内の煉瓦を解体・再積み上げする際に、蓄熱室内に作業員が入って行う作業を減らす若しくは蓄熱室に入ることなく作業することを目的とする。【解決手段】少なくとも一部の蓄熱煉瓦１０の解体・再積み上げに台車１５を使用することで、炉外から、解体・積み上げ近傍に移動させた台車１５との間で、引っ掛け棒３０を使用して、煉瓦の台車１５への積み、台車１５からの煉瓦の積み作業を行う。また、仕切り煉瓦１１については、棒体２と棒体２の先端部に形成された煉瓦把持部３とを備える煉瓦掴み治具１を使用して、炉外から、煉瓦の取り出し、積み上げを行う。【選択図】図６
