To reduce cost and size.SOLUTION: A sanitary washing apparatus related to the present embodiment has a blower unit and a casing. The blower unit has an air fan feeding air, an air flow passage of air fed from the air fan and a heater heating the air flowing through the air flow passage. The casing stores the blower unit therein. The blower unit has further an opening and a damper member. The opening is formed in the air flow passage. The damper material is openably/closably provided in relation to the opening around a rotary shaft, and branches the air heated by the heater from the air flow passage toward the casing inside by opening/closing the opening.
