FLASHING STRUCTURE AND ROOF HATCH WHERE FLASHING STRUCTURE IS DISPOSED
To provide a flashing structure of an external structure constructed on a roof, and a roof hatch having the flashing structure.SOLUTION: A flashing structure includes: a waterproof case 20 freely fixed to an outer peripheral plate 5 of an external structure 10; and a fixing member 30 for mounting the waterproof case 20 on the external structure 10. The waterproof case 20 is a frame-like object where a belt-like part and a flange extended from a lower end of the belt-like part are molded integrally. The fixing member 30 includes a gap part, a waterproof case pressing part, a waterproof case cover mounting part, and a waterproof case cover part. The gap part is arranged above the belt-like part disposed at the outer peripheral plate 5, and the outer peripheral plate 5, the gap part, and the waterproof case pressing part are fixed in this order. The belt-like part is freely fixed between the outer peripheral plate 5 and the waterproof case pressing part, and the waterproof case cover part is fixed via the waterproof case cover mounting part. Flashing of a roof hatch where a person can pass can be performed without depending on the mastery degree of a worker.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】屋根の上に構築された外部構造物の雨仕舞構造、および雨仕舞構造を有する屋根ハッチを提供する。【解決手段】外部構造物１０の外周板５に遊嵌される防水ケース２０と、防水ケース２０を外部構造物１０に取り付ける固定部材３０とを備え、防水ケース２０は、帯状部と、帯状部の下端から延設されるフランジとを一体に成形された枠状物であり、固定部材３０は、間隙部、防水ケース押え部、防水ケースカバー取付け部、および防水ケースカバー部とを備え、外周板５に配設された帯状部の上方に間隙部が配置され、外周板５、間隙部、および防水ケース押え部がこの順に固設され、帯状部が外周板５と防水ケース押え部との間に遊嵌され、および防水ケースカバー取付け部を介して防水ケースカバー部が固設されることを特徴とする。ヒトが通過可能な屋根ハッチなどの雨仕舞を、作業者の習熟度に依存せずに行うことができる。【選択図】図１
