To provide a cut-off device which is light weight, and can set simply.SOLUTION: In an inclining plate cut-off device which cuts off an opening portion of a wall face which is stood on a placed face, a cut-off plate which is put obliquely to the placed face by falling in the proceeding direction of water, and a bottom plate which is water-tightly connected to the bottom of the cut-off plate, and a side plate which is water-tightly connected to right and left end portions of the cut-off plate, and a sealing material which is installed between right and left end portions of the inclining plate cut-off device and the wall faces, and a bottom portion of the inclining plate cut-off device and the placed face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
