To provide a display unit that can heat a reflection prevention material with less power than before, a display, and a road information display device.SOLUTION: A display unit 10 comprises: a case 40 that has a first opening 41 and a second opening 42; a circuit board 20 that is provided in the case 40; a plurality of light-emitting elements 30 that are mounted on the circuit board 20; a louver 50 that is provided in the case 40 and has a plurality of light transmission parts 54 provided corresponding to the positions at which the light-emitting elements 30 are mounted; and a heating wire 60 that is provided in contact with the louver 50 at least at part of an outer face and generating heat by electrification.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
