To provide an underwater inseparable mortar composition and underwater inseparable mortar, having excellent flowability and underwater inseparability in a mortar state and an excellent strength development capability in a hardened state.SOLUTION: The underwater inseparable mortar composition comprises cement, fine aggregate, a thickner of a viscosity of 25000 to 180000 Pa s and a polymer for cement, in which composition the content of the thickner is 0.05 to 0.55 mass parts and the content of the polymer for cement is 1 to 25 mass parts in terms of a solid component, relative to 100 mass parts of the cement.SELECTED DRAWING: None
