DESCALING AGENT SUPPLY DEVICE
To provide a descaling agent supply device capable of inhibiting a descaling agent from remaining in a nozzle and a washing water flow passage after removing scale accumulated in the nozzle and the washing water flow passage.SOLUTION: A descaling agent supply device comprises a control unit that performs: on a feed water valve, pump, and flow rate sensor, control of switching the feed water valve into a state capable of supplying washing water to a washing water flow passage concurrently with driving the pump to start supply of the washing water to the washing water flow passage and starting detection of a flow rate of the washing water in the washing water flow passage using the flow rate sensor; and, after a predetermined period of time, on the feed water valve and flow rate sensor, control of switching the feed water valve into a state of stopping supply of washing water to the washing water flow passage concurrently with flow rate detection control of detecting, using the flow rate sensor, the flow rate in the washing water flow passage becoming equal to or lower than a predetermined value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
