To form beautiful uneven patterns that are good for both mass production and productivity when manufacturing concrete plates with uneven patterns.SOLUTION: A lattice-shaped frame member 20 with thickness of 5 mm - 10 mm is provided on the top surface part of the frame space 13. Concrete 3 with a slump value of 5 cm - 17 cm is placed in the frame space 13 up to the height of the top surface of the frame member 20. Preferably, after about 10 - 30 minutes, the frame member 20 is removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
