MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR ROADBED MODULE IN ROAD UNIT CONSISTING PAVED ROAD STRUCTURE, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR ROAD SURFACE
To provide a method to manufacture easily and inexpensively a roadbed module constituting road surfaces of curved paved roads, and a method to construct road surfaces using the roadbed modules.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a roadbed module comprises: a process which divides a prescribed range of a to-be-constructed paved road into segment areas at appropriate intervals in the extension direction, and makes each of the segment areas to be a quadrilateral-shape segment area that is formed with four sides composed of two dividing lines and two side edge lines located on both sides in the breadth direction; a process to create a space corresponding to the segment area with four mold boards; and a process to cast concrete into the space surrounded with the mold boards. The process to make segment areas is categorized into a case of a straight road where the to-be-constructed paved road is straight in the extension direction and a case of a curving road where the road curves in the extension direction. Both side edge lines of a segment area in the curving road are shaped by replacing arc-shaped edges formed on both sides in the breadth direction with chords. In the method of constructing the road surface of the curving road, adjacent roadbed modules are installed by abutting against each other on their long sides.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】湾曲する舗装道路の路面を構成する路盤モジュールを容易かつ安価に製造する方法、および当該路盤モジュールを使用する路面の構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】路盤モジュールの製造方法は、構築すべき舗装道路の所定範囲を延長方向に適宜間隔で分割したときの個々の領域を、二本の分割線と幅員方向両側に位置する二つの両側端縁線との四辺によって形成される四辺形状の分割領域として設定する工程と、四つの型枠によって分割領域に相当する空間を形成する工程と、型枠によって包囲される空間にコンクリートを打設する工程とを含む。分割領域設定工程は、構築すべき舗装道路が延長方向に直線的な直線道路の場合と、延長方向に湾曲する湾曲道路の場合とに区分される。湾曲道路における分割領域は、その両側端縁線が、幅員方向両側に形成される弧状端縁を弦によって代替しつつ設定される。湾曲道路の路面の構築方法は、隣接する路盤モジュールの長辺を当接して設置する。【選択図】図３
