HEAT INSULATOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
To provide a light, fire-resistant and incombustible heat insulator which has high processability and in which no toxic gas is generated, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: This heat insulator comprises motor formed by an aggregate, a binder, and mixing water. The aggregate is an incombustible special foaming aggregate, and the binder is cement. The method for manufacturing the heat insulator includes: feeding the incombustible special foaming aggregate as the aggregate, the cement as the binder, and the mixing water into a mixing container; generating motor through agitation in the mixing container; then supplying the motor into a mold of a prescribed shape while a foaming agent is mixed in the motor immediately before the motor is supplied into the mold; and curing the motor in which the foaming agent supplied into the mold has been mixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】軽量で、耐火性、不燃性を有し、良好な加工性を有するとともに有毒ガスの発生がない断熱材および断熱材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の断熱材は、骨材と、結合材と、練り混ぜ水とで形成されるモルタルからなり、骨材が不燃性の特殊発泡骨材であり、結合材がセメントである。断熱材の製造方法は、骨材として不燃性の特殊発泡骨材と、結合材としてセメントと、練り混ぜ水とを練り混ぜ容器内に投入し、この練り混ぜ容器内で撹拌してモルタルを生成した後、モルタルを、所定形状の型枠内に流し込むとともに、モルタルを型枠内に流し込む直前で起泡剤をモルタルに混入させ、型枠内に流し込まれた起泡剤が混入したモルタルを硬化させる。【選択図】図1
