To provide a heat recovery apparatus having a comparatively simple and lightweight inner wall structure for heat recovery from high-temperature coagulation, and also to provide a heat recovery method capable of maintaining a heat recovery efficiency using the heat recovery apparatus.SOLUTION: The heat-recovery apparatus recoveries heat by blowing heat-recovery gas into a heat-recovery tank in which high-temperature coagulation can be packed, the heat-recovery apparatus being provided with a lower blower port through which heat recovery gas is supplied from the bottom of the heat recovery tank into the heat recovery tank and a coolant supply port through which coolant can be supplied from the inner walls of the heat recovery tank into the heat recovery tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
