To provide a shutter curtain installation device of a shutter device and its installation method, which enable speedy and easy formation of the shutter device on an installation site of a shutter curtain with its upper end connected to a winding shaft for wind-up.SOLUTION: In order to perform a work of connecting an upper end of a shutter curtain 1 which opens/closes an opening of a structure to a winding shaft 4 for winding the shutter curtain 1 in a free unwinding state, an attachment bed 40 to be set at a fork 61 of a forklift vehicle is configured as a pull-up device. The pull-up device has a wire 51 serving as a pull-up member which pulls up the upper end of the shutter curtain 1 formed preliminarily in a size to open/close the whole or almost the whole of the opening, to the same or almost the same height as the winding shaft 4 so as to connect the upper end to the winding shaft 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 24
【課題】上端が巻取軸に結合されてこの巻取軸に巻き取り可能となっているシャッターカーテンを、シャッター装置の設置現場において短時間で容易に形成できるシャッター装置のシャッターカーテン施工装置及びその施工方法を提供すること。【解決手段】構造物の開口部を開閉するシャッターカーテン１の上端を、シャッターカーテン１を繰り出し自在に巻き取るための巻取軸４に結合する作業を行うために、例えば、フォークリフト車両のフォーク６１にセットされるアタッチメント台４０は引き上げ装置となっており、この引き上げ装置は、前記開口部の全部又は略全部を開閉する大きさに予め形成されているシャッターカーテン１の上端を、巻取軸４が配置されている高さ位置と同じ又は略同じ高さ位置まで引き上げて、前記上端を巻取軸４に結合可能とするための引き上げ部材となっているワイヤー５１を備えたものになっている。【選択図】図２４
