To provide an opening part building material which has excellent workability and which has a good water cut-off property.SOLUTION: An opening part building material for a fixed sash window and the like includes a vertical material 2 in which an outer peripheral side is fixed to a column 1a, and a jamb 3 for holding a panel on the inner peripheral side. Between the vertical material 2 and the jamb 3, an engagement part 6 is formed by an engagement recess 2c and an engagement projection 3c in order to make workability favorable, a space part 7 is formed for draining rainwater, and the engagement part 6 and the space part 7 are disposed in the indoor and outdoor direction of the room.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工性に優れ、止水性の良い開口部建材を提供する。【解決手段】嵌め殺し窓等の開口部建材において、外周側を柱１ａに固定される縦材２と、内周側にパネルを保持する縦枠３とを備え、縦材２と縦枠３との間には、施工性を良好にするため、係合部６が係合凹部２ｃと係合凸部３ｃによって形成され、且つ、雨水の排水のための空間部７が形成されており、係合部６と空間部７は室内外方向に配設されている。【選択図】図１
