FLOOD GATE MONITORING SYSTEM, FLOOD GATE MONITORING METHOD AND PROGRAM
To assist performance of effective flood gate monitoring through adaptively determining water level situation of a river and requirement of opening/closing of flood gates using captured images of cameras installed to capture the river near the flood gates in each of field angles.SOLUTION: A flood gate monitoring system 5 is provided with a monitoring camera 10 capturing image near a flood gate, and PC 30 both of which are communicatively connected. The monitoring camera 10 captures images including a water level gauge indicating a water level near the flood gate and the flood gate and repeatedly transmits captured images to the PC 30. The PC 30 is communicatively connected to a flood gate opening/closing device 70 controlling opening/closing of the flood gate. The PC 30 determines the water level based on the captured images and transmits opening/closing controlling signals of the flood gate to the flood gate opening/closing device 70 in accordance with the determined water level. The PC 30 determines an opening/closing situation of the flood gate after the opening/closing controlling based on the captured images.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】水門近辺の河川を画角内に含むように設定されたカメラの撮像映像を用いて、河川の水位の状況と水門の開閉の要否とを適応的に判別して効率的な水門監視の実行を支援する。【解決手段】水門監視システム5は、水門近辺を撮像する監視カメラ10とPC30とが通信可能に接続される。監視カメラ10は、水門近辺の水位を示す水位計と水門とを含む映像を撮像し、PC30に撮像映像を繰り返し送信する。PC30は、水門の開閉を制御する水門開閉装置70と通信可能に接続される。PC30は、撮像映像に基づいて、水位を判定するとともに、その判定された水位に応じた水門の開閉制御信号を水門開閉装置70に送信する。PC30は、撮像映像に基づいて、開閉制御後の水門の開閉状況を判定する。【選択図】図2
