To improve support strength more efficiently and effectively, and reduce construction costs and time compared to the conventional.SOLUTION: A cast-in-place concrete pile construction method comprises a step of forming a second drill hole 21A of an upper bottom expanded portion 21 and a third drill hole 22A of a vertical expanded bottom portion 22 by disposing a drilling machine 3 for expanding a bottom so that a central axis of the drilling machine is aligned with a tip of a drill hole 10A of a shaft portion 10, and drilling the first drill hole 10A of the shaft portion 10 while expanding an expansion wing 33, a step of forming a plurality of fourth drill holes 23A of a lower bottom expanded portion 23 by, furthermore, disposing the center axis of the drilling machine 3 for expanding a bottom eccentrically by a predetermined amount with respect to the center axis of the shaft portion 10, and drilling a hole wall of the third drill hole 22A of the vertical expanded bottom portion 22 while expanding the expansion wing 33, and a step of placing concrete in each drill hole of the shaft portion 10, the upper bottom expanded portion 21, the vertical bottom expanded portion 22, and the lower bottom expanded portion 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
