To provide a revolving control device for a revolving work machine that can set a target halt position accurately and easily.SOLUTION: The revolving control device includes: a target halt position setting unit that sets a target halt position for a revolving body; and revolving command units 54, 84. The target halt position setting unit has: an imaging device 72; an image processing device 74 that forms overview images of a work machine and surrounding objects on the basis of captured images; an image displaying command unit 56 that displays target halt position setting images including the overview images on a display screen of an image display device 46; a setting operation member 44 that receives position setting operations for setting a target halt position in reference to the image positions of the work machine and the surrounding objects included in the overview images; and a target halt position determination unit 58 that determines a target halt position on the basis of the position setting operations.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
