To solve the problem in which a conventional flat plate roof material is only that the roof material is clamped by a nail over a roof board or roofing and dust, yellow sand, volcanic ash (in Kagoshima prefecture area) etc enter into an overlapped part and due to a capillarity water enters into a deep side of the gap and bring outbreak from a nail part and in repainting too there is no predetermined gap in the overlapped part, the paint stacks and is in a state of being non capable of drained even with the edge cutting and there is a defect that the paint does not last long and outbreak as well.SOLUTION: Therefore this invention has an advantage that by bonding the roof material under and above by a double-sided adhesive below a nail part of a flat plate slate roof material entry of dust, yellow sand, volcanic ash (in Kagoshima prefecture area), water etc is prevented and by a thickness of the double-sided adhesive (about 3 mm ) a predetermined gap can be reassured in the overlapped part and even when the edge cutting is not performed in repainting, water drainage is improved and it is hard to be peeled off by wind by 2 points support of the nail and adhesive.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】 従来の平板スレート屋根葺材は、野地板・ルーフィングの上に屋根葺材を釘で留めてあるだけであり、重ね部分に、ほこり・黄砂・火山灰(鹿児島地方)などが入り込み、毛細管現象により、隙間の奥まで水が浸入して釘部分より雨漏りの原因になっている。又、再塗装の際も重ね部分に一定の隙間がなく、塗料が詰まり、縁切りを行っても水が切れない状態にあって、雨漏りはもちろんのこと塗料も長持ちしない欠点がある。【解決手段】 そこで、この発明は平板スレート屋根葺材の釘部分の下に両面粘着テ−プで下と上の屋根葺材を接着する事により、ほこり・黄砂・火山灰(鹿児島地方)・水などの浸入を防ぐと共に両面粘着テープの厚み(3mm程度)によって重ね部分に一定の隙間を確保でき、再塗装の際も縁切りを行わなくても、水の切れも良くなると共に釘と粘着剤との2点支持によって風で剥がれにくくなる利点がある。【選択図】図5
