To provide a communication fraudulent establishment prevention system and range-finding device that make it possible to secure easiness of an attachment of a range-finding communication machine.SOLUTION: A communication fraudulent establishment prevention system 25 comprises a range-finding device 26 that can implement a distance determination between a vehicle 1 and an electronic key 2 through range-finding communication of an UWB (Ultra Wide Band) radio wave. The range-finding device 26 comprises: a first range-finding device 26a that is provided on an electronic key 2 side; and a second range-finding device 26b that is provided on a vehicle 1 side. The first range-finding device 26a is structured independently from the electronic key 2, and the second range-finding device 26b is structured independently from the vehicle 1. The first range-finding device 26a and the second range-finding device 26b can implement a range-finding distance determination by themselves not relying upon the vehicle 1 or the electronic key 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】測距通信機の取り付けの容易性を確保可能にした通信不正成立防止システム及び測距装置を提供する。【解決手段】通信不正成立防止システム２５は、ＵＷＢ電波の測距通信を通じて車両１及び電子キー２の間の距離判定を実行可能な測距装置２６を備える。測距装置２６は、電子キー２側に設けられた第１測距装置２６ａと、車両１側に設けられた第２測距装置２６ｂとを備える。第１測距装置２６ａは、電子キー２とは独立した構造をとり、第２測距装置２６ｂは、車両１とは独立した構造をとる。第１測距装置２６ａ及び第２測距装置２６ｂは、車両１や電子キー２によらず、自ら測距の距離判定を実行可能となっている。【選択図】図１
