To provide a manufacturing method of a water-reducing agent composition with high solid concentration and capable of improving storage stability of a water-reducing agent composition containing a water-reducing agent having high Naion concentration, a water-soluble cellulose ether, gums and an antifoaming agent.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a water-reducing agent composition includes a step of stirring a water-reducing agent, a water-soluble cellulose ether, gums and an antifoaming agent by using a high-speed stirrer, wherein the solid concentration of the water-reducing agent is 10-25 mass%, and Naion concentration of the water-reducing agent is 8,500 ppm or over, and a peripheral velocity of a stirrer of the high-speed stirrer is set at 8.50 m/s or over to obtain a water-reducing agent composition having sedimentation volume after 72-hour of standing from initially after the production of the water-reducing agent composition of 80 volume% or over.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】高固形分濃度で、且つ高Na+イオン濃度を有する減水剤、水溶性セルロースエーテル、ガム類及び消泡剤を含む減水剤組成物の保存安定性を改善できる減水剤組成物の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】減水剤、水溶性セルロースエーテル、ガム類及び消泡剤を高速撹拌機により撹拌する工程を含む減水剤組成物の製造方法において、前記減水剤の固形分濃度が10〜25質量%であり、且つ前記減水剤のNa+イオン濃度が8,500ppm以上であって、前記高速撹拌機における撹拌子の周速を8.50m/s以上として、減水剤組成物の製造直後から72時間静置後の沈降体積が80体積%以上である減水剤組成物を得る。【選択図】なし
